Founded in 2006 our company has gained specialist knowledge of the live-in care sector through having spent several years recruiting for one of the UK’s leading live-in care agencies. We are proud of our track record of success within the sector. We also believe our experience to be unmatched in any other organisation; our three senior partners have over 60 year’s recruitment experience between them!
This experience has shaped our understanding of the recruitment difficulties faced by individuals in finding suitable live-in carers. No client requirements are exactly the same and a “one size fits all” approach does not work. We have created this website to offer an alternative to expensive recruitment agencies or the problems of conducting your own recruitment.
We believe that people hire people. Recruitment is not so much a scientific process, as an artistic one, whereby an individual’s personality and character are as important as the qualifications they possess. As a result we have tried to make our database system as inclusive as possible.
In addition to the websites searchable database we have made available, at very low cost, some of the bespoke recruitment materials designed by us. These are intended to simplify and improve the recruitment process and build confidence in your ability to recruit the right individual for your role.
